Terms & Conditions

  • All pricing on this website is in Australian Dollars
  • GST is included in this price, nor are the delivery charges - these will be displayed separately.
  • International purchases will not be charged GST
  • GST is charged at 10%

SoSi accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal, major credit cards & Eftpos
  • Phone Payment - will be processed on the spot via Eftpos
  • Mailed order form (along with your credit card details or cheque)
  • Direct Transfer to our bank account (on request - contact us for details) 
  • Sorry, no goods will leave us without a honoured payment. Cheques will need to be cleared before dispatch of goods.

Freight Charges

  • For security, all parcels within Australia will be sent registered post or via courier, depending on the location.
  • Our postal cost for all orders is $6.50. You will be required to sign upon delivery. If no one is at home, a card will be left with contact details.
  • Courier charges depend on weight, but a standard fee option of $25.00 applies for a carton of garments with quick delivery (about 24 hours).
  • Freight charges will be reviewed accordingly, updates will be made to website accordingly.

International

We deliver our garments to any place in the world. Airmail postage is calculated on the weight of the actual package and delivery times vary depending on the destination. For any international orders, please contact SoSi directly.   

Returns & Exchanges

We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason your are not 100% satisfied we are happy to exchange or offer a credit. Refunds are not available so please choose garments carefully. We are happy to exchange goods where they are faulty, damaged or the incorrect size, but not because of change of mind.   

Please return garments in a fit state:  

  • Unworn & not washed
  • Original tags attached
  • Garments need to be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

In your returns parcel please include:

  • Your name
  • Address Details
  • Reasons & instructions for return
  • Original Invoice
  • With Refund, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless the goods are damaged or faulty.)

Online Shopping Security

SoSi offers a secure shopping environment through Australia's Pay Pal System.   

Back Order

All efforts are taken to ensure correct product availability information. However, if for some reason a product is not available after you place your order, we will contact you immediately to advise you of an approximate back-order timeframe.  

Confirmation Of Orders

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and estimated delivery date.  

Your Privacy

We value the trust our customers have placed in us by providing their personal details. We do keep customer contact details and purchasing history, purely for processing orders, tracking orders and to inform you of any promotions or new products. The information we require is minimal and is completely confidential. We do not pass it onto any other organisation. If you have received promotional material you do not wish to receive from SoSi or if you no longer wish to subscribe to our updates, please contact us.

Customer Email Registration

We only send emails to those customers who have requested to receive them. If you wish to unsubscribe, simply send us and email with your request and details and we will remove you from our mailing list.  

Delivery Times

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery, depending on the delivery location. Your order will be dispatched as soon as purchasing details have been cleared (cheques will take approximately 3 days to clear.)  

Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via a email. Please include your order number and name when cancelling.
  • We are unable to accept cancellations for any orders that have been already dispatched.
  • Orders that are placed from Major suppliers that are ordered prior to and when we are awaiting delivery cancelled will incur a 50% fee of the total value of the order if cancelled after the order has been placed.

Changes to Our Policy

We reserve the right to change any of our policies as necessary.
